Do you have a short break in your schedule and just need to get out of your apartment? Considering signing up for a volunteer shift at Harvest Hope Food Bank

Open to all students!  Here are their needs and hours for the week starting Sept 21.

Below are the volunteer shifts we have available for the week of September 21. Some are indoors, while others are outdoors.
Monday, Sept. 21
  • Food sorting/bagging (EFP Sorters Crisis) – 9 – 11
  • Crisis emergency pantry drive-thru, 9 – 11
  • Senior box packing, 9 – 11

Tuesday, Sept. 22
  • Food sorting/bagging (EFP Sorters Crisis) – 8:30 – 11
  • Senior box packing, 9 – 11
  • Mobile food pantry packing, 9 – 11
  • Food sorting/bagging (EFP Sorters Crisis) – 11 – 1:30
  • Senior box packing, 11 – 1

A few reminders –
  • Groups are welcome, but each person must sign up for a shift individually. We are not scheduling groups as a whole at this time.
  • Masks are required inside and outside of our facilities.
  • Closed toed shoes are required.
  • Some shifts are indoors and some are outdoors. Please plan accordingly.
